Effective: 19 October 2026
Supalifts Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Nirmal Singh Rathore, Jaipur, India (“we”, “us”), who operates Supalifts. By using the app you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Questions: hello@supalifts.com.
1. Who can use Supalifts
You must be at least 16 years old, or 18 in India, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia and anywhere else the law sets a higher age for handling your data. If you are under 18 where 16 is allowed, you confirm that a parent or guardian has agreed to these terms for you. If the law where you live sets a higher age for agreeing to these terms, you must meet it.
2. Training at your own risk
Supalifts suggests plans, weights and progressions. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, physiotherapist or qualified coach.
—
Talk to a doctor before starting a new training programme, especially if you have an injury, a heart condition, high blood pressure, are pregnant, or have any other health concern.
—
Use good form, warm up, use a spotter or safety equipment where appropriate, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
—
Suggested weights, rankings and strength comparisons are estimates. You are responsible for choosing loads that are safe for you.
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for injuries or losses that come from your training.
3. Your account
An account is optional. If you create one, keep access to your email and Google account secure: anyone who can read your sign-in codes can use your account. You can delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).
4. Your data
Your workouts, measurements and photos are yours. We handle them as the Privacy Policy describes, and only to run the app for you. Backups are provided as a convenience; keep in mind that no backup system is perfect.
5. Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the app: do not try to break or overload it, reverse engineer it beyond what the law permits, get around its limits (such as the daily video limit), access other people’s accounts or data, or use it for anything unlawful.
6. The Feature requests board
The app has a public board where signed-in people post ideas and comments that everyone can read. Before your first idea, comment or report, the app asks you to agree to the board rules below; you cannot post without agreeing. These rules are part of these terms.
Objectionable content. Do not post:
—
abuse, harassment, threats or hate towards anyone, including content that attacks people for their race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, age or nationality;
—
sexual content;
—
spam or advertising;
—
anyone else’s personal details (such as a name, email address, phone number, address or photo), or anything unlawful.
Reports and blocking. You can report any idea or comment from the app, and block any person, which hides all of their ideas and comments from you. We review every report. We may remove content that breaks these rules without notice, and we may stop an account that breaks them, or keeps doing so, from posting, or close it (see section 10). New ideas are read by us before anyone else sees them.
Your posts. You are responsible for what you post. By posting, you let us show it on the board and use it to plan the app. You can delete your own ideas and comments at any time.
7. Exercise content
Exercise videos, images and instructions in the app are licensed to you only for personal use within the app. Do not copy, download or redistribute them.
8. Price and changes
Supalifts is currently free. If we introduce paid features, we will explain the price and terms before you pay anything, and paid features will be sold through the app stores. We may change, add or remove features, and we may suspend or end the service; if we end it, we will try to give you time to export your data.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (currently nothing). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Jaipur, India have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
