Delete your Supalifts account and data
You can delete your Supalifts account at any time. Deleting it removes, for good:

your account and email address,
—
your backup, including workouts, plans, measurements and settings,
—
your backed-up progress photos, profile picture and exercise photos.
It cannot be undone.
In the app (fastest)
1.
Open Supalifts.
2.
Tap You, then the settings icon, then Account.
3.
Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account and backup are deleted straight away, and the data on that phone is removed too.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app, email hello@supalifts.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject Delete my account. We will delete your account and backup within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What we keep
Nothing from your account. Anonymous daily video counts are cleared within 40 days, and crash reports, which never contain your email or training data, within 90 days.
If you used Supalifts without an account, your data was only ever on your phone: uninstalling the app deletes it.
